20 years of summer!
In 2025, Lakedance celebrated its 20th anniversary, and we went all out with over 40,000 visitors across two editions. Set against the stunning backdrop of Aquabest, Lakedance is summer in its purest form. What started as a small beach party at Beachclub Sunrise has, over the past two decades, grown into everyone’s favourite way to spend a perfect summer day.
Over the years, countless colourful and celebrated artists have set fire to the Lakedance beach. Legends like Hardwell, Afrojack, Fedde Le Grand, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Don Diablo, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Shermanology and many more have graced our stages. Since 2007, Lakedance has been held twice a year, and in 2009 we expanded from two to four areas. That same year, the iconic London-based house label Defected joined the party with its own stage.
In 2018, we welcomed our 300,000th visitor who danced the day away on the magical beach of Aquabest. We’ve already enjoyed more than 700 DJ sets and over 300 hours of Lakedance, but this is just the beginning. We are now investing even more in the full summer experience so you and your friends can enjoy the best season of the year to the fullest.
