Who are we?

First Vision is an event organization focused on public events in the southern Netherlands. Our office is located at the Aquabest recreational area in Best, where our young and informal team works on some of the most exciting festival concepts in the industry. You may know us from events such as Lakedance, New Years EHVE, Levenslied Eindhoven, Brabants Verbond, Bavaria Bierhal, Tijdmachine and Royal Dutch. From February to June 2026, we are searching for an eager, independent and enthusiastic production intern to help us conquer the festival summer together.

The perfect match

Within First Vision’s marketing team, we have room for a new intern and you might be the one to fill that spot. We’re looking for a creative mind who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of the latest trends and can translate these into strong ideas. Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Spotify hold no secrets for you. You have an eye for detail, strong writing skills and can easily adapt your tone of voice. You know better than anyone how to research what our festival visitors are looking for and you can advise us accordingly. If you’re also a creative talent who can work with graphic design tools, you might just be our perfect match.

Your tasks

In addition to the profile above, there is plenty of room at First Vision to use your hidden talents and take initiative. Your tasks as a social media intern include managing various social media channels, community management, updating our websites, drafting newsletters, brainstorming and creating visual content, and incorporating this into a content calendar.

What we expect

• You are currently pursuing a relevant communication, marketing or commercial degree at HBO level
• You speak and write excellent Dutch and good English
• You have strong writing skills and can adapt the perfect tone of voice for each label
• You are flexible, meaning you don’t have a nine to five mentality and are occasionally available on weekends for our events
• You are a detail-oriented perfectionist who likes to deliver quality work within deadlines
• You have basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or you’re willing to learn
• But above all, you are an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn festival lover

What we offer

Besides joining an enthusiastic and informal team and working at our cosy Brabant office, we offer you an exciting marketing internship in the best industry there is. We love to support your growth and there is plenty of room for your development and ambitions. Additionally, we offer:
• Flexible working hours; you start between 08:00 and 09:00 until 17:00 or 18:00
• A hands-on internship of 4 or 5 days per week for a minimum of 4 months
• A flexible starting date
• For every event, 4 tickets to give to friends or family so they can admire your work
